Hyatt Place El Paso Airport – Hotel near airport in El Paso

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a letdown; they were very hot all night, and the shower drain backed up almost immediately. On the bright side, the hotel staff was very inviting and helpful. The location was convenient for easy access to the airport, zoo, and a shopping mall. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not live up to expectations, as the made-to-order promise fell short. However, the service was fabulous, and the staff was kind and polite. The facilities were decent but not exceptional.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, with a nice decor and a comfortable bed, although the air conditioning struggled to keep up even at full capacity. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay better. The location was excellent, right off the freeway and across from shopping, restaurants, and an IMAX theater. The dining experience was amazing, feeling like a comfortable morning at home. The facilities were well-kept, making my stay even more pleasant.
